All packages are shipped via USPS. In normal occurrences you can expect your package within 5 business days. Daily cut off times are 5:00pm CST.

To initiate a refund, please email us at support@hopeandhem.com.

We want you to love your Hope and Hem items! If you are not entirely happy with your order, please get in touch with us so we can make it right. We will accept returns within 30 days of purchase for a refund on domestic (US) orders. We will accept a return on Hope and Hem items that are in new condition, unworn, and free of damages. Purchases must be made directly at HopeandHem.com. Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment unless the order has already been exchanged. Original shipping is non-refundable including any expedited shipping options.

Once shipped, you’ll be notified via email. A USPS tracking number will be included within this email.
